  • Our first step is to schedule a meeting with you at no charge!
  • By the end of our conversation we hope to understand:
    • What problems you are spending the most time/resources on?
    • What are tasks you would like to offload?
    • Any upcoming projects that may require assistance?
    • How can we improve the current processes to recoup lost time?
  • Depending on whether it is project management, setting up a new lab, or virtual lab management we customize our solution accordingly.
  • Throughout the process we will let you know what tasks we can easily handle and provide resources for matters outside our scope.
  • Our goal is to make your calendar much more manageable and help you remain focused on your science!

Pricing

  • Pricing is dependent on estimated time per month that will be spent on agreed upon responsibilities
  • We keep the price reasonable to preserve your funds
  • Estimated pricing will be given at end of initial consultation
  • Factors that affect pricing are:
    • Size of lab
    • Scope of work
    • Length of contract
